So bbq is on the 27th at ling's place right? Is it really confirmed that we'll be going MoS after that? If that's the case I've got to dress for the occasion know... haha. If not i'll just turn up in shorts. Oh and if we're not going clubbing then I'll be driving.. but if we're going MoS, I'll not be driving cos who knows if I'll drink at the club right? Ya so i just HOPE that someone will tell me. Haha.

Wonder if mx checks this place? hmm.. hope so.

Really bad date for a bbq. 27th - the day I get my exam results. Super traumatized. I hope I won't ta bao! >.< Will get my results at 5pm. Oh wells, like weiling says, if I get good results, then treat it as a celebration, but if I don't do well, just go and cheer myself up. haha. I hope it'll be the former.

Does anyone here know why some peeps in NUS already know their cap? Is there someway u can check ur cap even though the results aren't out yet? Very weird right? Hmmmm.. I think I'm too anxious. haha.

A student from NUS called me up and asked me if i wanted to go for a Community Service Camp. But don't worry he said it's not a Community Service camp. Haha. Crap right. Anyway it's going to be very fun and he said that it was the best camp in NUS last year. Have to pay $42 and it's from 17th to 21st June. He said that we are going to Sentosa food is provided from the money we paid. Jasmine and I are confirmed going. He said to ask any of my friends who would like to go. Even if you don't wanna go NUS, at least we can meet more friends right? Yup, so please confirm with me if you want to go by Saturday 14th May because I have to call him to confirm with him. Hey guys, bad news. I may not be able to get tickets for all of us, meaning joyce, mixue, jasmine, weiling, ziyen and weelee for the Star Wars movie. It seems that the response has been very hot and my method of taking other staff's ticket to bring you all seems to have been discovered. So now, I can't confirm if all of you can go. However, I'll update you all again when the time comes. But if I can't get the tickets don't blame me k. I'll try my best :)

Hence, I can only bring one (confirmed) person to the movie. Weiling, don't worry.. you will still be going. Cos she was on msn that day and I just asked her 1st.

But don't worry guys... I'll try my best. Keep you updated! :)

hey joyce, can choose other movies or not? Cos my company is organising a movie outing for he staff (including me) and we just have to pay $3.50. I can only bring one other person along for the movie, but the person has to pay $6. Yeah. So maybe we can choose another movie? :)

Just a few days ago, weiling and I were discussing names on msn during office hours. My colleague commented that I look more like a "Jennifer" than a "Peggy". Not bad right. Jennifer also nice name. Then I told weiling and sang, "Don't be fooled by the rocks that I have, I'm still I'm still Jenny from the block...". Ok out of point. Anyway, weiling said," At least you're not a Magaret." The I found out that Joyce and her had discussed about names before and they thought Magaret was the most unpleasant name. Haha. Oops. Sorry if any Magarets read this. Then I tried Magaret Lim Weiling, Magaret Teo Bei Jia. Hmmm.. doesn't sound right. Then weiling tried Magaret Wong Ai Ming. Hahaa. Sorry Jas. But we felt that it sort of fits! hahaha. ooops =x

All of ya guys are gonna get your 'A's results tomorrow rightttt? weeeeeeee~ So excited for all of u guys. As in really la. haha. So sad that I wont be there to share the tension with u guys. As in really too. lol

Lets see if I hadn't quit AC, I'll be so nervewrecked right now. Crying and moping and so sure that I'll flunk it all and enroll myself in SP architecture and wished that I'd left AC for it right at the beginning. But then again, if I'd stayed on, who knows. Joel. Muahaha.

Ok. I'm digressing. haha

Hey guys! Peggy Here! =) How have you all been? Bored? Haha.. I really am bored. Are we gonna have a X'mas gathering or something?

K anyway, I think some of you wanna find job right? maybe i can tell u all some ways to get a job fast (and the kind of job that u want). Ok here's what I did before I landed my job
maybe can help u in one way or another =)....

1. U must have the drive and will to REALLY want to find a job. Cos the steps quite tedious.
2. U must have a resume to make finding a job easier. if anyone want format i have, but no gaurantee it's the pro kind of resume.
3. I tried replying to newspaper ads. But I think not really good, cos they dont normally write what you're supposed to do for that job or what's ur pay. Not really good, but worth a try.
4. I went to www.jobsdb.com.sg. Sign up, attached my resume. then click the Temp/part-time jobs at the bottom of the home page. See any job u like, just keep sending email. Better to send proper email than 'quick reply' unless they say 'quick reply' also can. I think I literally sent hundreds. There are a lot of catergories of jobs to choose from, so choose what u like to do. I like to try office job, so i chose those admin kind.
5. From the sending of those emails, I got a call from a job agency (Recruit express). Actually I think agency is the best. Efficient. They see a job that u may like, call u up and ask if u're interested. If u like, they will send ur resume in. If not, they find job for u again. Have to go down to their agency for a short interview (only ask what pay u want, where u prefer ur job location, what kind of job u prefer etc.)
6. I actually got another job, which had a higher pay, but i turned it down cos i duno how to go. I went to www.adecco-asia.com to find a job too. Same thing, sign up, copy and paste resume. Then click Positions Available on the left side of the home page and apply for as many jobs u like. Have to go down for short interview also. I got a call from them the next day and they found a job for me. Cool right.

P.S. If they have a space for photo, it's advisable to put. Like that finding a job is faster.
